As Senior Manager in TRP Sumner’s Client Account Service Line (CAS), Donna has leadership responsibilities for overseeing CAS team members who provide bookkeeping/financial reporting and payroll for clients. Donna also assists the Service Line Leader with administrative functions, including coaching and training team members. She also performs and handles more complex client issues in her role as Senior Manager. She has more than a decade of experience in the accounting profession, and her diverse background gives her a unique perspective.

Donna began her professional career in IT, after earning her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Campbell University. While working with a CPA firm, she decided to change her career path to accounting and went on to complete her education in the field and earn her CPA license. In 2012, Donna opened her own accounting firm, where she enjoyed helping clients grow their businesses. After closing her own business, she joined the team at TRP Sumner in December of 2023.
