We offer competitive pay – with ample opportunities for advancement – and generous paid time off and comp time (exempt employees) with carryover/cash-out. Bonuses awarded for performance, as well as passing the CPA exam and new client/new business generation.
Employees are eligible for retirement plans 3 months after hire, with the option of traditional or Roth accounts. We match 50% of the first 4% you contribute.
We provide employee health insurance (80/20), as well as long and short term disability (100%) and life insurance (100%). Buy-in plans available for group dental and vision and additional life insurance.
